China Program 2014

Zhou recently returned from China and provided us with some awesome photos (see below). He traveled with 6 families and assisted with each of their adoptions. Another glorious trip! In addition to assisting the families, Zhou spent time with CCCWA officials as well as the staff at our One to One orphanage. The officials expressed a need for families wishing to adopt boys. Boys are readily available and adoptions can be completed quickly!

"Walter and I are very pleased and thrilled with how quickly we were issued a referral for our son. The whole process of obtaining paperwork for the dossier can be very trying, and long, and then once submitted you never really know when the next step will happen. When you confirmed our log in date of the 29th of November we knew we were moving the process along but still didn't know when our referral would come. As I sat at my desk the week of Dec 16th and received a phone call from Chris telling me that a referral that far exceeded all of our expectations had just been received, I couldn't believe my ears. I couldn't call Walter fast enough and between all of us calling each other I can't say I got any work done. That's OKAY! It was one of the happiest moments for us. We couldn't believe how something happened so quickly after all of the waiting for paperwork. To see our sons beautiful face put more of a reality to it. We have to say the process has been tough at times, not because of EACI but because of the logistics. The responsiveness that EACI has shown us has greatly helped in the process and made things more bearable. The fact that we received our referral in under a months' time certainly makes the entire paperwork process worthwhile. We thank you!"

Zhou is at our main office, in Strongsville Ohio, on Fridays (when he is in the U.S. - please call ahead to confirm his status). Stop by and say hello, have a cup of Chinese tea and visit our China Cultural Center area. For the more adventurous types, Zhou LOVES to play ping pong. Challenge him on our ping pong table!
